Parmatma to me on 04-06-24 

The steps of Jyoti Marg meditation practiced by the Rishis 

Meditation stops the mind from protruding into the fleeting world from its core centre; the mind or manas must be fixed by bringing the breath and life force to a centre of calmness and peace – deep inside our Soul we have God’s peace. 

Close your eyes and sit with an erect back, hands comfortably placed on your knees and expel exhumed air and thoughts of last many hours; inhale deeply the life force in your shwas or breath – the air you breathe is a gift of God as life. 

Assume you are inhaling life and Light of God to modify your existing mind and body; focus on your crown chakra and invite the golden rays of Light from above, the higher skies into your brain or crown – the old patterns as grooves disintegrate. 

Bring that Light now into your spine or merudand and circulate it in the spine very slowly up and down gently until you wish to stop and become totally quiet in your body and mind; – ensure your gaze is in between your two eyebrows. 

Spread the Light of God around you, over your head, inside your body and brain and visualise it slowly growing bigger and going into the forests, rivers, living beings, over the planet and the Universe – many sins of people will perish.  

A few minutes of this Golden Path will save you from erring in the future and will give insight into the secret world of God’s creation; remember all knowledge of the world exists in the Universal Mind of Parmatma – it is called Hiranyagarbha. 

After sitting in a peaceful state, open your mind to the incoming insight, revelation, command, inspiration and even how to redeem your soul from further meandering and erring in the future – the intuition awakens with Light. 

How does meditation transform us? 

Transformation of body, mind and Soul leads to perfection – Samadhi 

Meditation is a divine act given to us by Parmatma to enable us to connect to Him with our mind; its category is of the most pious actions because it purifies the persons who meditate and their atmosphere also – meditate daily. 

The vibrations of peace and calmness withheld in the mind and body of the doer nullifies many dormant seeds of negative thoughts of the people in the atmosphere; the harmful thoughts are first only a vibration – peace eliminates them. 

After they are eliminated, the mind of the meditator becomes more connected with the wish of God; the message or inspiration from God aimed at us comes in our mind without a hurdle or an obstruction – the mind becomes one with Him. 

In future, if repeated meditation is done over at least six years or so, the mind becomes a tough turf of calmness and does not admit any negative vibration of harmful people unless the vibration is too forceful – meditate more than before. 

Over a considerable time, by meditating the mind permanently becomes a perfect vessel to receive and send the messages of the devotee and Parmeshwara; innocence of a pious Soul emanates out of the old version – be pure in your mind. 

The body cells resonate peace and calmness, the entire system of body, mind and Soul is in congruence and affinity; when every cell of the body is in unison with the wish of God and His command, the human is perfect – attain samadhi. 

When a yogi of this spiritual stature meditates even for three minutes a day life long, if a prayer is made to God for Earth’s preservation, the water in the rivers will slowly rise and the dying animals and trees will survive in the oddest condition! 

Meditation is a pious act for world peace and transformation 

Your thoughts are the biggest force in your mind, have very pious thoughts 

After 67 repetitions, a thought in a human mind begins to spin and shows up in the physical world after 264 repetitions; many times, I intervene to stop or alter it but after 924 repetitions I do not even do that – store pious thoughts only. 

The thoughts are neatly packed inside your mind, they are future explosions or celebrations according to the negative or positive power inherent inside them; thoughts will show up as future destiny – thoughts must be garnered well.  

Those who meditate all life and perfect their mind well enough to issue only very holy intentions, they contribute maximum towards Earth’s preservation and conservation; for Me this is your most charitable act – come closer to Me with them. 

If your thoughts degenerate to satisfy your desires plainly to enjoy the riches of this world or for acquisition, remember that you shall die one day; nobody has been able to possess anything for eternity here – have dispassion and equanimity. 

Wisdom attained with penance in many lives by any human being is what I consider most rewarding and worth felicitating; wisdom is discretion and judgement of what is temporary from permanent in this world – choose permanent and eternal. 

When you have thoughts of dispassion and magnanimity, I am quickest in receiving them, thoughts abound in greed and possessiveness are last heard; meditate and seek my favour to grant you a charitable heart – I shall immediately manifest. 

Meditate for the good of the world, meditate to seek my benediction and Love; meditate for Self-Realization, I shall make your meditation perfect and very rewarding, meditate to bring harmony and peace in the world – I shall grant you Everything!

World Transformation   

“Human civilisation can only sustain itself if a community of thinkers, enlightened people and wise men meditate and demand from God to remove the after-effects of the sins of the world and cultivate and nourish the environment with God’s peace.   

You are one such human being who has infinitely prayed to Me to bring down peace in the world since your heart hurts and burns with pain if there is cruelty and killing of living beings – compassion is a virtue we must never forsake.    

To transform this world for all to live in peace, more people must have piousness and compassion for others; every time they are reborn, they carry the same thoughts – remember we carry the seeds of our karmas too far.    

   A Silent Revolution   

The mind is a powerhouse; a silent revolution is possible if we cleanse the mind in the deepest sheath of its past tendency of apathy, self-centeredness and insatiability – instead sow new seeds of satisfaction.   

The material world reflects our mass internal world of thoughts; we remain in a mould for eons unless we force ourselves to modify our consciousness and thinking – learn to meditate to know your Soul.   

By slowly converting our mind with meditation, peace, gratitude and satisfaction, the world consciousness will slowly change, and a new wave of force will pervade the world – peace is God and peace is found in meditation.   

Metamorphosis of world Consciousness  

There will be a small positive change in the environment if even one or two people transform, the mind of one or two people will become peaceful and satisfied with their destiny – peace burns the sins of your neighbours.   

If even two people in the world transform, in future there will be a few more; in this way the impact and chain reaction is initiated, and the metamorphosis of the mind continues – you meditate and receive the blessings from Me.   

It is the mind that must be reconstituted first, only meditation and bringing about peace in the lives of people is mandatory – the energy in the ether is more positive by doing this; meditation is the door to heaven, live in peace.   

Your important role in dissemination of the ether, vayumandal with vibrations of peace and love  

  You have completely transformed your brain, mind, body and Soul; your meditation is very powerful, it will convert a barren land into a thick forest in the future; your prayer of greening the Earth and having more trees is a sacred act – boon granted.   

You are receiving My thoughts directly from My Universal Mind called Hiranyagarbha, every word is a blessing and each word a prophecy; continue doing your beautiful act of praying silently for Mother Earth – all your thoughts will manifest one day.   

Your deep urge and prayer to Me to stop people from harming, killing or betraying others have been heard so many times; they may not listen today, but you have been blessed many times by Me for your charitable act – in future this world will be peaceful and quiet. 

  Ancient, eternal values of compassion, endurance for truth and global oneness is now the primary focus of Parmatma to rebuild the society 

If people do not want to meditate, they will have to suffer the consequences of their negative thoughts and intentions which are clandestinely hidden inside purposely to destroy others – not a single thought of anybody is hidden from Me.   

This world is made for all to thrive and live long, nobody can own it since it is My manifestation, a manifestation of My own wish and thought; it will never perish since I want it to continue because it is born out of My love – peace is mandatory for its continuation.   

Penance of mind, body and Soul is compulsory for you to know Me, if you meditate and bring about voluminous peace in your mind, body and Soul, you shall know all the Truth that is inside your Soul – only a very peaceful mind can know Me.  

One person’s penance can change the face of the society if God wills; it is a matter of time when all the positive thoughts and their vibrations manifest one day   

Whatever you wish will someday become true, whatever you desire will materialize one day, whatever you yearn for will be given to you; My child you have only desired to know Me, to seek the knowledge to reach Me – I grant you a few boons.    

Your wish to have peace in the world will be fulfilled, your desire to have lots of trees, forests and open spaces granted, the urge for people to experience more peace than violence granted; but you shall wait for a few centuries and millennia.   

Peace in the world, more green cover on the Earth granted, rivers full of water granted and all species living freely in their environment also granted; all this will automatically happen because after ten thousand years in Satya Yuga, every human will meditate!”

जब जीवन की धारा तेज़ प्रवाह में हो जान लो ईश्वर ने तुम्हें एक अवसर दिया है अपनी शक्तियों का प्रदर्शन करने के लिए। (१)

 वे शक्तियाँ अन्तःकरण के बीच में सिमटकर अविकसित रखी हुई होतीं हैं। तुम्हारे जन्म जन्मान्तर के पुण्य उदय होने के प्रतीक्षा में होते हैं। (२)

 जैसे ही जीवात्मा मन में ध्यान व शुभ कर्मों की तप-अग्नि से प्रज्ज्वलित दीप शिखा को गुरु कृपा द्वारा जगाता है, उसका जीवन तेज़ गति को प्राप्त होता है। (३)

उस तेज़ गति में होते हैं निजी व जन कल्याण के उद्धार के नक़्शे व अनेक योजनाएँ। वे योजनाएँ ईश्वर इच्छा से जल्द साकार होतीं हैं। (४)

 ईश्वर सदियों से प्रतीक्षा में होते हैं, आगामी युग के आने की आशंकाएँ आँकते हैं, आगे का युग कैसा होगा, समीक्षा करते हैं। (५)

हमारे संकल्प संसार में उस नक़्शे को एक आकार देतें हैं, जैसा मन में हम विचार व संकल्प करते हैं, हमारी सृष्टि का निर्माण वैसा हो जाता है। (६)

यदि वर्त्तमान काल में हमारा जीवन धीमा, रुका या दुखदाई हुआ पड़ा है, हमारे पापों का फल भोगना हमें ही होता है। (७)

 परन्तु यदि कष्टदायी काल जीवन का ईश्वर से क्षमा याचना व प्रायश्चित में किया जाए, तो हमारी चेतना जागती है और हम शान्ति पाते हैं। (८)

पुण्यों का पहाड़ यदि तुम पर टूट पड़ा हो किसी बिरला पुरुष पर, ऐसे योगी पर ईश्वर विशेष कृपा-छाया  अपनी डाल देते हैं। (९)

ऐसे सत्पुरुषों का जीवन सरल करके, योग शक्तियाँ प्रदान करके, उनके दुश्मनों का नाश करके ईश्वर उन्हें समाज में विशिष्ट स्थान देते हैं। (१०)

उन सत्पुरुषों को दुष्टों को झेलने की अद्भुत शक्तियाँ दी जाती हैं, विवेक प्रदान होता है और अभय दान पाकर वे जन कल्याण करते हैं। (११)

अनेकों का मार्गदर्शन होता है, ग्रन्थों को पुनः लिखा, समझाया जाता है, ऋषि मुनियों का उनसे गुण गान कराया जाता है।  (१२)

सत्पुरुषों की अद्वितीय विचार शक्ति, क्रिया शक्ति व इच्छा शक्ति से सतयुग की सीढियाँ बनवाई जातीं हैं।  (१३) 

अधर्म व धर्म के अन्तर को प्रत्यक्ष उदाहरण देकर शास्त्रों को उनके द्वारा पुनः लिखवाया जाता है। उनसे समाज का कल्याण होता है। (१४)

ईश्वर क्या है? योग शक्ति क्या है? धर्म क्या है? जीवन कैसे जिया जाए उनके आचरण व लेखों द्वारा दर्शाया जाता है। (१५)

ऐसे सत्पुरुषों की जीवन धारा सदा प्रभु प्रसन्नता के लिए ही बहती रहती है। वे जहाँ भी जाते हैं उनसे केवल निष्कामी कर्म होते हैं। (१६)

जो ऐसे ईश्वर प्रेमियों से अपना मन लगाता है, धीरे धीरे उसका मन ईश्वर प्रेम व भक्ति से ओतप्रोत हो जाता है। (१७) 

उनके जीवन की मंदी प्रवाह गति, शनैः शनैः, मध्यम से तीव्र हो जाती है। उनके और सतगुरु, ऋषियों के पुण्य एक होकर हृदयों में दीप प्रज्वलित होते हैं। (१८)

जीवन को पूर्ण रूप से सुखदाई व शान्तिप्रद बनाने के लिए उसे सबसे पहले अनुशासन में लाना होता है ।  (१)

अपनी दिनचर्या को व्यवस्थित बनाकर, समय को सदुपयोगी बनाना होता है, शान्ति का प्रवाह व्यवस्था में होता है ।  (२)

समय सबसे बलवान है, प्रारब्ध व संचित कर्म का आक्रोश कभी कभी असहनीय हो जाता है, ऐसे समय में ध्यान व धैर्य काम आता है ।   (३)

मन में संतोष, क्षमा व उदारता का दीप जलाओ, मन प्रज्ज्वलित हो जाता है; क्लेश, चिन्ता व ईर्ष्या सदा संतोष, धैर्य व उदारता से नाश होते हैं ।  (४)

कभी भी भूल कर भी कटाक्ष व कटु शब्द मत बोलना; उनका प्रायश्चित बहुत कठिन होता है, दूसरों को क्षमा कर देना ।  (५)

तुम्हारे धैर्य, क्षमा, सन्तोष का बहुत बार उपहास होगा, तुम अपने चरित्र व संस्कार पर अडिग रहना, एक दिन उनका सौभाग्य उनसे रूठ जाएगा ।  (६)

कठिन से कठिन परिस्थिति में ईश्वर में विश्वास मत छोड़ना, एक दिन तुम्हारी मन की शान्ति तुम्हारी सबसे बड़ी शक्ति सिद्ध होगी।   (७)

प्रतिदिन मन को अति शुभ विचारों व कर्मों से प्रकाशित करते रहो, तुम्हारे मन में ईश्वर का निवास सदा बना रहेगा; तुम आत्मा में निवास करो।  (८)
